You must be of age 25 and older to rent one of our vans.

All reservations at Vegas Van Rentals require a minimum prepayment of $100. For rentals of Sprinter or  Transit vans, a deposit of $500 is necessary. You may cancel your reservation up to 30 days before your pickup date to receive a full refund. If you need to cancel within 30 days of your pickup date, your prepayment will be converted into store credit of the same amount, which can be used for any future reservation at Vegas Van Rentals with no expiration date. Additionally, reservations made within two weeks of the pickup date must be canceled by the end of the business day on which the reservation was made to qualify for a full refund.

We Rent Vans For As Little As 8 Hours And Up To Months At A Time.

No, we do not sell or offer any insurance.

Depends on the damage and situation. Usually for minor stuff, the client will pay out of pocket. For major incidents you’ll usually need to through your own insurance.

Yes, we don’t charge extra for additional drivers.

We Rent 15 Passenger Mercedes Sprinters, Ford Transits, and Luxury SUV's Like Cadillac Escalades and Lincoln Navigators

We Limit Our Vans To Radius of 150 Miles From Our Location. You Must Get Prior Approval For Further Distances.  Our Vehicles Are Absolutely Not Allowed To Travel Into Mexico Or Canada.

At Vegas Van Rentals, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy in all our vehicles. Any indication of smoking—including smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts, or other related evidence—will incur a $400 fine.

Depending On The Location and Cause Of The Breakdown, We Will Work With You To Get Another Replacement Van Or Roadside Assistance To Help With The Vehicle Repair To Get You Back On The Road. (Please Note We Will Not Be Held Liable For Blown Tires Caused By Puncture Or Heat Blow Out or Cracked Windshields)

Van height clearance is 11 feet. It Is taller than you think. It will not fit in Vegas parking garages or any underground parking or drive-through restaurants or carwashes.
